Perhaps you’ve also experienced properties that simply won’t sell—or only with great diffi culty. Beyond economic factors, there are ofte n other reasons. Properties can carry heavy energetic burdens. Let me share an example from my professional practice:

A business owner contacted me because he couldn’t sell one of his properties—despite it being beautiful, well-located, and reasonably priced. Several real estate agents and prospective buyers had already visited the property, yet all walked away. As I approached the property, even from 500 meters away, I began to feel uneasy and sensed a disturbing energy. Afte r discussing the history of the area with the owner, he revealed that during wartime, the neighborhood housed war-injured individuals and people with mental disabilities. I will refrain from commenting on what may have happened to them at that time.

In addition to strong geomantic disturbances, energies can remain embedded in buildings and the land for centuries, influencing those who inhabit them. Ofte n, karmic burdens exist between the owners and the property—yes, even curses, as strange as that may sound. These residual energies and karmic entanglements can be resolved through healing work, freeing both the property and its inhabitants. In this particular case, the property quickly found a new owner afte r my work was completed—and even sold at a higher price.

People ofte n sense the energy of heavily burdened properties, whether consciously or subconsciously. This is also a common reason why guests avoid certain hotels. And you don’t even have to physically visit the building to feel it. Once a property has been geomantically cleared, its energy level rises significantly, becoming free of karmic burdens. People feel this shift immediately and are naturally drawn to highly energetic properties—this also applies to business premises.

Whether in your personal or professional life: when you live or work in a space filled with high energy, you live more healthily and attr act success. In contrast, residing in a heavily burdened property with very low energy can lead to health problems.
